Shipping Policy

Waka is a venue that houses various shops. Orders will generally be sent by Express Mail Service (EMS) from each shop where you bought a product.
Order contents (such as size, color, or quantity) and the shipping address information cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Orders cannot be changed in any way once they have been submitted. You can only cancel within 24 hours after your purchase by letting us know by email.
Delivery destination is limited to one place.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation after your order leaves our warehouse, which includes information such as a tracking number, at that time. Please ask for transporter company directly, as we cannot take responsibility when all deliveries in your country.

Shipping charges

Shipping and handling charges are set based on the size, weight and destination of the order and will include the Express Mail Service (EMS) postage. They should be paid together with the total amount of the ordered merchandise.

EMS (Express Mail Service)

EMS is the fastest priority service in the international postal system, Each EMS package has a tracking number and is protected from loss and damage by postal insurance. If EMS is not available for some reason, we will show other shipping methods on the page of purchasing.
The time of delivery after shipping will be 4 to 10 days depending on the different countries, and the delay may occur because of customs clearance and the delay of transportation.

Please be aware that in all cases you are responsible for paying customs fees and for providing any and all documents required by Customs in your country. If the you refuse to pay those taxes, the package will be back to us.

【Important Notice for EU Customers (From July 1, 2026)】
Due to the EU customs law change effective July 1, 2026, all orders (even under €150) will be subject to a flat customs duty (approx. €3) plus local VAT and postal handling fees upon delivery. Please note that these charges are not included in our shipping fee and must be paid by the recipient to the local postal service.

Shipping limitation

When we complete the shipment, we will inform you of the parcel tracking number. Hereafter, you are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Multiple orders

If you order at a different store at the same time,  your order will be divided by store., and the purchased items will be shipped from each store,  Please be careful shipping fee and handling fees will be calculated for each shop's order.
